This new enhanced fault reporting service will allow you to report the fault with the minimum of fuss and allow us to restore your service as quickly as possible.
You can report a fault in one of the following ways.

  • For complete out of hours system failure only, use 24/7 number: 0117 916 7961.
Please note: By using the form below, your fault report will be sent directly to our engineers. They will aim to rectify the problem as soon as possible. If you supply your mobile number, we will provide you with regular updates of the progress made towards problem resolution by text message and let you know once the issue has been resolved.

Once you submit your fault you will be supplied with a "Trouble Ticket" (TT) reference number. All action taken to restore your service will be logged under this reference. Please quote this in all communications. You will be informed by SMS and email when the fault is resolved and ready for re-testing.
